Integrating the Tri-Fusion gene into your cells of interest allows you take the cells from preclinical testing in-vitro to mice to clinical applications in humans.
- Fluorescent reporter gene component can be used to image individual labeled cells with a fluorescence microscope and sort cells that are positive for tri-fusion reporter gene
- Bioluminescence reporter gene component allows imaging of the cells in mice and bioluminescence imaging can be performed inexpensively with very high throughput
- PET reporter genes are currently the best method for reporter gene based imaging of cell kinetics in animals that are larger than rodents and in humans
